Every hour the winner is drawn by CC-VRF— Collector Crypt’s Verifiable Random Function on Solana. The operator key is frozen on-chain, and the input is bound to a fresh Solana block hash at draw time — unknowable in advance — with every draw committing its proof on-chain. Anyone can confirm the winner is the one and only valid output — not just us.
